Accidental fentanyl deaths have reached all-time highs. This campaign intends to bring awareness to this issue in hopes of ending these deaths.
National Fentanyl Awareness Day brings together individuals, parents, teachers, corporations, influencers, community groups, and government entities to help put an end to the fentanyl emergency.
Over 70,000 Americans fatally overdosed on illegally made fentanyl in 2023. Fentanyl is now found in fake pills and many street drugs, but users are often unaware that their drugs contain the exceedingly potent opioid. This is an urgent public health crisis that puts all of us, and our loved ones, at risk. The awareness day, held on 7 May each year, is intended to prevent further tragedies.
Ronnia was chosen to speak clearly and boldly in this campaign. The primary branding, headlines, and large text are all set in Ronnia, an hospitable sans, ready to serve the reader in wide editorial use.
